About Charlie's Custom BBQ Blends
Charlie’s Custom BBQ Blends is a product of our family finding peace in fellowship with those that we love over the comfort of a home cooked meal, where stories were told, prayers were made, stresses were relieved, and differences were set aside. We are hopeful that our custom blends will simplify the cooking process for anyone that decides to give them a try. Here in
Southeast TX where our products are developed and blended, we are all too familiar with a quality cut of meat and tasty bite of barbecue. We appreciate your business, look forward to hearing from you, and are certain that you’ll be satisfied with every meal prepared with one of Charlie’s Custom BBQ Blends!

MEET THE OWNER
My name is Sam Parrack, and I am the Owner and Founder of Charlie’s Custom BBQ Blends. I was born and raised in Madisonville, TX, where I grew up with my two older brothers. We had the best upbringing a group of boys could ask for, hunting, fishing, playing sports, spending time on the family ranch, and being led to Church by our mom and dad. Each of my parents have been known as exceptional cooks and have passed on the passion for preparing a good meal and serving anyone that we can to my brothers and me. I married my beautiful wife, Landry Parrack, in July of 2023 after being together for 7 years. She is a registered nurse specializing in labor and delivery and is the backbone of my little family and our business. We love to get away to the beach, get outdoors with our yellow labrador Charlie, catch up with family and friends, and eat good food.
In December of 2020 we brought Charlie into our family, hence the name Charlie’s Custom BBQ Blends! Much like a good BBQ rub is the perfect accent to a quality cut of meat, Charlie has been the perfect accent to our little family and has helped bind us all together through the ups and downs of everyday life. Charlie is always nearby when there is food on the table or grill and serves best in his role as taste-tester and vacuum cleaner should anything hit the floor. Every time I have barbecued a meal for the rest of the family, Charlie was the one to sample the first bite and make sure it would be edible for the others. One night while Charlie was up helping me prepare to spritz and wrap a brisket, I got the idea to develop a custom BBQ blend with the hope that others could use this blend to find the joy that barbecuing has brought to us.
Also, we want to highlight my mother Mary Martha Parrack. She passed away after her battle with cancer in August 2022. We miss her every day but have zero doubt that we will get to hug her again in the Kingdom of Heaven! She will always remain an inspiration for us to chase our dream, love those around us as much as we love ourselves, and to invite anyone and everyone
to share a good meal at our table! Acts 2:46-47
(46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meal with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 Praising God, and having favor with all of the people.)
